Lyn Reddy went above and beyond! She coordinated the cleaning and staging of my dad's condo after he moved out and relocated. Listed the property with an outstanding MLS video that highlighted the very best features of the condo. Within a day, we accepted the offer and with weeks, Hurricane Ian hit. Lyn physically checked on the property daily (while dealing with her own personal home issues), closed the storm shutters and shut off the water. She ensured the clean up of some minor issues after the hurricane and went above and beyond to ensure the buyer's agent completed all of the needed activities for closing.
